Refund Policy

All the services available at World Happiness Code website are carried after extensive scrutiny which ensures full understanding of the work and almost no possibilities of any cancellation, reversal, or dispute.

Our policy for refund is as follows:

All projects are accepted after complete analysis and creation of a scope document, so that the participating teams have an understanding of the work needed to be done, elimination possibilities of a project cancellation/ reversal/ dispute.

World Happiness Code and the Clientele realize the fact that there is work involved in completing every phase of the project and refund would not be possible for the work that has already been completed.

We make sure that in case of a project termination on a mutual basis, the client has control of all the work done till that date and the money, if paid for further development, is returned.

For the services offered by World Happiness Code team on special occasions, no refunds are entertained.

No refund will be entertained in case service gets cancelled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms and Conditions section.

No refund policy is available for the services placed under same day delivery.

World Happiness Code is not liable to pay if delay or disruption of service occurs due to third party involvement.

All transactions processed through our portal are eligible for a refund if the related job order is cancelled for any reason within 7 days of your transaction. To request a cancellation of online payment and refund, contact can be made within 7 days during office hours 9am-6pm on any contact modes given. In such scenarios, administration fees and third-party charges cannot be refunded.

After sending a refund request, please allow one business day to process your request. You should expect an email regarding your problem from our representatives with additional information and follow the recommendations mentioned.

On approval of a refund, allow one business day to process it. Money will be returned in the same form of currency used for the purchase. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Getaway Name refunds will be made to the same account.

By default, all failed transactions are automatically refunded as per our bank regulations. For any double payment issues, please contact us with details. We cannot be liable for a payment not reaching the correct account due to feeding wrong information while payment. Also, if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
